基于GIS的滇金丝猴生境评价及保护空缺识别

摘要:

栖息地是野生动物生存、繁衍的空间。生境评价反映野生动物和生存环境之间的匹配程度。近年来,由于气候、植被等自然环境的变化和人类的干扰,使得滇金丝猴生境出现破碎化,滇金丝猴生存环境受到威胁。因此本文基于GIS对滇金丝猴生境进行评价,首先通过对已有文献的研究结合滇金丝猴的生活特性和习性,选取了11个对滇金丝猴生境选择起主导作用的因子,建立评价指标体系,然后运用主成分分析法(PCA)确定各指标权重,接着对各因子进行单因子评价和综合评价,确定滇金丝猴的适宜性生境,最后将综合评价结果与已有保护区范围进行叠置分析,识别滇金丝猴保护空缺区域,为滇金丝猴未来的保护和管理提供科学依据。

Abstract:

Habitat is the space where wild animals survive and reproduce, and habitat evaluation reflects the degree of matching between wild animals and their living environment. In recent years, due to changes in natural environment such as climate and vegetation, as well as human interference, the habitat of Yunnan Snub-nosed monkeys has become fragmented, posing a threat to their survival environment. Therefore, this article evaluates the habitat of the Yunnan Snub-nosed monkey based on GIS. Firstly, by combining existing literature research with the living characteristics and habits of the Yunnan Snub-nosed monkey, 11 factors that play a dominant role in habitat selection were selected to establish an evaluation index system. Then,principal component analysis(PCA) was used to determine the weights of each indicator. Then, single factor evaluation and comprehensive evaluation were conducted on each factor to determine the suitable habitat of the Yunnan snub nosed monkey. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation results were overlaid with the existing protected area scope to identify the conservation gaps of the Yunnan snub nosed monkey and provide a scientific basis for its future protection and management.
